Contact Us
Get in touch with us regarding feedback, catalog corrections, or intellectual property concerns.
Dedicated Contact Addresses
To ensure your message reaches the appropriate destination, we operate two email addresses:
General Inquiries & Corrections
Use this address for general feedback, reporting data errors (author attribution, version naming, incorrect tileset/script data), reporting broken download links, or suggesting catalog corrections.
Copyright & DMCA Notices
Use this address for formal intellectual property notices and copyright takedown requests sent to our copyright contact. Detailed notice requirements can be found on our DMCA Policy page.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us inspect your message, please include relevant context:
- Catalog Corrections: Include the exact URL of the map line or version page on wc3map.com (e.g.,
https://wc3map.com/maps/dota-allstars/), along with supporting details such as the original author's name or changelog references. - Broken Downloads: Specify the exact map version URL, your browser or operating system, and the error code received when initiating the download.
- Copyright & Takedown Requests: Ensure all requirements listed under our DMCA Policy are fulfilled, including proof of ownership and the exact URL(s) of the affected files.
Response Expectations
Mail sent to our addresses is read, but a reply is not guaranteed. Valid takedown notices and broken download reports are acted upon.
Direct Email Policy (No Web Forms)
We do not host an interactive contact web form on this website. Operating direct email addresses reduces automated form submissions, minimizes unnecessary JavaScript payloads on your device, and provides a direct email record of communications.
