설정

-int 들어오는 돈의 시간을 결정합니다.
-life 자신이 가지고 있는 생명수 입니다.
-nbur nbur시 유닛들의 체력이 일정. bur시 유닛들의 
         체력이 일정시간후 증가
-nlim 맵에서 자신이 보낼 수 있는 유닛을 제한없게
         lim 설정시 유닛의 수가 정해져있음.
-nsel 유닛을 보낼때 다음 사람으로 고정
-ran 유닛을 보낼때 랜덤으로 보내기
(ran은 아직 트리거가 완성이 아니라서 완벽한 랜덤이
 아님을 미리 말씀 드리겠습니다.)
