Overview
8 Hero Siege v4.0 is a tower defense style map by Cyanide for ten players split into two teams on a 96 by 96 battlefield. Each player controls one of nineteen heroes, including Jedi Knight, Sith Lord, Lich King, Druid and Ancient of War, and the group works together to hold its lane against waves of undead. The map includes fifty-eight items, ranging from potions and claws to tomes that raise stats. Three chat commands bring up hints, and the quest log is empty, so players learn the flow through the in-game hint commands. This version adds secret heroes and changes the altar spells, item prices and some hero skill requirements.
