Ally Microtrain

Overview

Ally Microtrain 2.0 is a micro training map for two players in two teams, set on an 84 by 140 battlefield. The author made it for practice fights against units and heroes, and the description recommends choosing the Easy AI setting when playing against the computer, since the harder settings focus almost entirely on heroes. Each level begins with a preparation period that either side can skip by typing "go" or "g," and in two-player games both players must do this before the battle starts. On Easy the player and computer both field considerable forces, while Hard gives the computer roughly 5 to 20 more supply. Some levels let the player pick a third hero, and a "Dust" command can reveal invisible units in single player after the first 30 seconds of battle.
