AngelArena Eclipse XVII

Overview

AngelArena Eclipse XVII, edited by Idl0w and released in June 2009, is a 12-player, two-team Warcraft III map on a 192 by 192 arena. Its roster includes 146 heroes, among them the Avenging Angel and Angel Guard variants in four colors, Muse and Monk heroes, and figures such as Death, the Ogre Lord and the Gruesome Gargoyle. The item pool holds 306 entries, spanning stat tomes, potions and combo pieces, which the quest log groups into three tiers: low-level drops from arena monsters, mid-level gambles at the item shop, and high-level goods from the secret shop or the risk option. Chat commands control the camera, fog, nicknames and kicking players by color. The quest log also explains special commands that summon Alucard or Divine God, remove them, or end a stuck character's life.
