Overview
Castle Defense 2009 is a tower-defense style map for ten players split into five teams on a 96 by 96 battlefield. Players protect a king whose castle has already taken damage from earlier attacks, and invaders arrive from the front, back, and both sides, so the suggestion is to station at least one player in each lane. The roster offers twenty-four heroes, including The King, Castle Mage, Paladin, Necromancer Lord, Huntress, and Warchief of the Horde, along with eighteen items such as Orb of Fire, Ring of Protection +5, and Ankh of Reincarnation. The author is still balancing the map and planning extra spawn types for the waves. No chat commands or quest log entries are listed.
