Conqueror
Author: General
Overview
Conqueror 9.0, made by General, is a kingdom-building map for 12 players split into two teams on a 256 by 256 battlefield. The author describes it as a search for land to develop your kingdom. The economy runs on gold and food, with food sometimes labeled lumber. Citizens generate gold through taxes and markets, but they grow unhappy if food runs short. Each lord can use an Attack Command to send citizens to war, and they stop paying tax while fighting. The map includes 13 heroes and 63 items. Chat commands rename a kingdom, block hostile allies from attacking, hand control to an AI, switch to viewer mode early, and adjust the camera. Occasional disconnects after several rounds are a known issue, and restarting the game is the suggested fix.
