DDScore Info
DDScore stands for Dark Deeds Score. Your DDScore is a measure of your experience of Dark Deeds, and the higher your score, the more you will benefit ingame. Your DDScore is displayed next to your name in the scoreboard, after you enter your DDScoreCode. At the end of each game, your DDScore will increase, more or less, depending on how well you did.
Your DDScoreCode is a 23-digit number that is calculated at the end of each game and outputted to you to enter in your next game. Note it down and enter it in your next game to allow your DDScore to increase.
You cannot transfer your DDScoreCode from version 5 to version 6, due to an issue with cheating.
Scoring
Your DDScore is calculated at the end of each game. The points you recieve are as follows:
1 point for everyone, for staying in the game
If the Farmers win:
1 extra point for all farmers and their allies
1 more point for people whos farmers have not died
2 extra points for the person to slay the evil
2 bonus points for the evil one, to encourage him to stay in the game
If the Evil wins:
1 extra point for the Evil One's minions
5 extra points for the Evil One
Bonus Points:
+1 for the Evil One's minions for every farmer killed (max 3)
+1 for everyone if the game lasts more than 40 minutes

Excellent (imho) Chicken Coop and Chicken models by Oinkerwinkle (USWest) - i prefer these to Blizzard's easter chicken model
And of course various bug reports, balancing advice and suggestions by too many people to remember ... thanks for those.
And in a completely unrelated topic, visit www.gunbound.net. My Gunbound ID is snert8 ... send me stuff :D
Thanks to the crew at DDG for their great suggestions :), and Nived and Lewis_Therin for helping me test.

Which version?
People are often highly ignorant to the history of DD maps, and insist on playing versions > than DD6 because it has a larger number after the 'DD'.
Identifying DD version 'types':
Easiest way is to simply look at the code system, if it is a version with the code system with XXXXX-XXXXX then it is most likely a DD5 edit (meaning the map was based on an /older/ version of Dark Deeds). There are many that fit under this category: DarkDeeds++,DarkDeeds8,DarkDeeds9,DarkDeeds10. The series 8-10 are pathetic edits, they offer little to no changes based on DarkDeeds5 other than a removed MoD (which in v8 and v9 allowed the 'Evil Spirit of Vengeance' to fly around the map and harass whomever it wished), and a 'cheat' that allows anyone who types it to view the entire map (at the cost of all of their gold). If you wish to test, the cheat is "-neorules2"
DarkDeeds++ offers many improvements upon DarkDeeds5, though still lacks many features that exist in DarkDeeds6
DarkDeeds7 is a DarkDeeds6 edit and fixes the Cultist 1 hit kill bug but removes the FightClub music.
DarkDeedsFinal (this version) is based on DarkDeeds6 and offers numerous bug changes, and balances (read the changelog).
I am not here to tell you what to do, but (currently) DarkDeedsFinal is the latest, and offers the richest and most fair gameplay.
