Dark Forest - 3v6 Spiked Edition

Overview

Dark Forest - Spiked Edition is a six-player, six-team Warcraft III map on a 160 by 160 battlefield, created by Rougarou. The author reports that unit armor types have been reassigned to match each unit's model, so players are encouraged to rely on instinct about how units will fare against one another. Standard build orders will not work well here, since many values were adjusted to speed up the pace of play and bring it closer to the flow of StarCraft or Age of Empires. No heroes, items, chat commands or quest log entries are listed for the map, so the core experience rests on the modified units and the faster tempo.
