Overview
Defend the Lich King!v3 is a two-team Warcraft III map for up to 12 players, with each side protecting its own Lich King while sending units toward the opposing base. The author's note and loading screen both stress collecting wood, which pays for upgrades, recruits custom heroes at the tavern, and buys items that strengthen heroes. Named heroes include Arthas, Archimonde, and Jaina, and the item pool holds 42 entries, among them stat boosters, flags, and a few relics such as the Wand of the Scourge and Necklace of the Three Moons. The map has no chat commands and no quest log, so players learn its rules from the in-game text.
