Overview
Gangsters v0.33b is a multiplayer map for twelve players split across two teams, set on a 128x128 terrain. Two rival families compete to control a town, and the goal is to destroy the other family's headquarters. Each family is led by a Don who handles upgrades, and the roster includes a range of gangster heroes such as the Hitman, Explosives Expert, Sniper, Doctor, Thief and Consigliere. Income grows by holding more buildings than the opposing side within each town region, and buildings are captured by first destroying them with explosives bought from a shop on the map. Players can place a bounty on an opponent with a chat command, and invulnerable neutral characters offer jobs that pay rewards, with one job allowed at a time.
