Gridlock v.0.77c
Author: Envious
Overview
Gridlock is a tower defense map for nine players split across two teams, played on a 96 by 96 grid. Each round, every team receives one runner, and enemies attack whichever runner is closest to them. Players build towers along the streets to protect their runner, and a team loses if no runners remain in a round. Obstacle rounds place barricades that can block paths, while twilight rounds hide enemies at night unless a light source is nearby. The map has no heroes, but it includes gold items and several chat commands, some of them named after colors. Teams that coordinate and funnel enemies in from two directions rather than four tend to last longer.
