Using Items
Some items you get can be used. To do this, LEFT CLICK on the item (you'll see a "Left Click to Use" text next to the item when you hover over it in your inventory)
Interactions
Sometimes, you can interact with your environment. Check your retard's commands for any "interaction" abilities that have been added.
Banning
In the bottom left corner of the map, you will notice that each player has a wisp and a Circle of Power.
To vote to ban a player, simply move your wisp onto the desired player's circle.
