About MTG TD
MTG TD. A tower defense inspired by Magic the Gathering. Summon up an army of creatures to prevent the monsters from sliping through your fingers. Cover your summoned creatures with a bunch of spells from out the Palace of High Sorcery. Enchant your units with Creature Enchantments wich can be found in the form of items dropped by dead units. Boost towers with Enchantments from the Shire wich have affect on all of them.
How to play (1)
At first every player has to chose the game dificulty. You can choose Rookie, Normal, Experienced or Ultimate. Normal is how the game originaly is meant te be played. Rookie is more easy. Experienced is more difficult and Ultimate is meant te be impossible. Next you were given two Wizard Creators. With these you can choose two colors. Red, White, Blue, Green or Black. Every color has his own benefits and disadvantages. It's up to you to find out the best match. After chosing a color one of your mana buildings (placed in a circle somewhere in the centre of the map) will be upgraded. With only 1 mana (by example 1 forest) you can only build the first tower. In this case the Llanowar Elves. The mana buildings of your chosen colors can be upgraded to level 6. The more mana buildings you have the better towers can be summoned (=constructed) At the right side of your screen a timer is counting down. When the timer reaches 0:00 a group of new units is spawn at the centre top of the map and the timer will be set to a new value. The spawned monsters start walking and try to reach the end point wich is at the centre bottom of the map. Use your buildings to stop them because if they reach the end you will lose life.
How to play (2)
The damage of your towers can be boost in 2 different ways: 1) build the Shire of Enchantments. Here you can buy upgrades for your towers. In case of the green color it's "Aspect of Wolves". All of these enchantments do have 10 levels. So you can spend a lot of money in here. 2) Every time a unit dies it has a random chance that it can drop an item. Pick up this item with one of your builders and give it to a tower. Then there is only left the Palace of High Sorcery. In here you can cast different spells like damaging, life gaining or controlling spells. In some cases this can save your life when a monster almost reaches the end.
Colors
Advantages of every color: Black: Early Purge ability Blue: Frost attacks Green: Slow poison and Web Red: Cheap Siege attacking towers White: Gold cost, attack range/speed
