Water-Ice Strategy
This kind of pokemon is usefull in any spot, but try using it in top. Start with a Seadra in the middle of your path. For mazing first build driving attackers to your first Seadra with poliwags because it has low range. Then upgrade your maze with Kingdra and Lapras. Finally Articuno instead of Lapras and some Gyarados for Backup.
Fire Strategy
With Fire pokemons the only strategy is to maze as fast as you can. If you get the top spots you can start with Charmanders, if you know how to build they will take all the first wave. After keep mazing and getting powerfull tower at beggining. If you aren't on top get Arcanine. Try to have Water-Ice as second type. Lapras + Entei/Moltres can be the best team.
Grass Strategy
Using grass you can't take gray, they have a short range and they do better in middle. Get a maze training Tangela and then Bellsprout for the beggining, try to get Celebi fast and once you get it get Venasaurs instead of Bellsprout and Jumpluff instead of Tangela. At the end get Meganiums, they are very advanced killers.
Rock-Ground Strategy
They are very good in any spot but gray. This pokemons doesn't have much strategy, just getting a great maze taking advantage of the price in Diglet(7). And get 2 Gravelers for level 5. Then keep upgrading Gravelers into Rhydon and Diglet to Gligar. Against ground if you place them well 2 steelix will be enough.
Flying Strategy
Flying is very usefull for any position, but better for midldle and bottom expect gray. The good thing in Flyings is that you can be for almost half of the game just building Pidgeys and upgrading them. Once u get a maze get Aerodactyl and Dragonite. Don't sell your maze for getting Dragonite, because he can't kill a lot without time.
Electric Strategy
Electric pokemons are the best choice for Gray, they are like Tech in some ways. And Raikou does devastating damage against air. In the beggining try to maze with pikachus in the left and right side and put some Flaafy in the center for purge the enemies leaving. Then just keep getting better towers. And in level 14 and up have as many Zapdos and Raikous as you can.
Bug and Poison Strategy
Don't take gray with this. Use poison in middle spots(maybe top) and try to have always a balance in slowing and powerfull towers. Try to get a Muk as faster as you can and try to replace Parasect with Crobats too. Once you have Muk and Heracross you will rock. Also before Heracross, getting Scyther isn't a bad idea.
Psychic Strategy
This pokemons are good almost anywhere, they are very powerfull but very expensive. Try helping a lot Gray with your Batton Passers. Don't try a great maze because the towers are too expensive for that, just keep saving and selling for the time you start getting Lugias.
Batton Pass: Is an ability unique in Xatu and Giraffarig that means they don't worth they price, but you can build them in 1 second and sell for 100% gold used. Use it for help Gray in hard moments.
Normal Strategy
This race is better for middle and maybe top. Jigglipuff may be the second tower but Ratatta is better doing damage, so give Jigglipuff more exposure and try to get Clefable fast for doing good damage. After that just keep mazing with huge towers and Jigglipuffs. And remember if you running low on lives just build Miltank(for getting 1 bonus live)
Bugs
There are 2 bugs that I can't fix.
1.- The secondary damage on Raikou its 300-350, with 1000 range and 0.90 cooldown, and is for Ground only. Its not displayed.
2.- The secondary damage on Arcanine its 40-115, with 1400 range and 0.28 cooldown, and is for Ground too. Not displayed either.
Important: If you know how to fix this bugs please send me an e-mail to alokos@hotmail.com or whisper DoomBrLnger
3.- Some server split, try to see the specific events that produces it and plz email me (alokos@hotmail.com)
