S-TD

Overview

S-TD is a tower defense map for six players split into two teams, played on a 98 by 62 grid. The goal is to survive forty waves of creeps. Each creep that reaches the end area costs one of thirty lives, and a new wave arrives every fifty seconds. Players build towers for defense and can choose from five heroes, the Archer, Warlock, Ghoul, Demon Hunter and Blademaster, as well as five items such as the Iron, Steel and Mithril swords, a Lucky Charm and a Life Armor. The host selects a difficulty at the start with a chat command: easy, normal, hard, or hero mode. Hero mode gives creeps three quarters of their health and lets heroes fight in a side arena. Certain waves bring double armor, extra speed or fast regeneration.
