Overview
Starship Troopers v1.6 by XanX is a 128x128 Warcraft III map for 12 players split into two teams. Its premise, taken from the loading screen and quest log, is defensive: players must protect the commander, Rasczak, until a spaceship arrives to rescue them. The hero pool is large at 38 entries, including Medic, Captain, Engineer, Commander, Soldier, Sniper, Firebat and Parasite. Players buy from a set of 23 items, among them Medikit, Boots of Speed and a P-90 weapon. Weapons need reloading using Ammunition, which can be purchased in shops. The quest log also describes several enemy bug types, including fast ground bugs, flying bugs, and tanker bugs that hurl flames.
