Hades has created the Black Road from the Underworld and his demonic hordes have come to ravage Greece. Darkest evil descends upon the fathers of the West in many guises, and Athens is beset on all sides.

There are a few new commands in TBR now. -info : Tells you your current spell damage spell healing and movespeed. -refresh : if the multiboard seems stuck this usually fixes the problem. -in / -out : Zooms in or out -roll : Displays a Number between 0-100, whoever gets a higher number wins -clear : Clears the screen of displayed text -save -load <code> -load bank <code> -check [red/blue/Teal/Purple/Yellow/Orange/Green/Pink] -find [red/blue/Teal/Purple/Yellow/Orange/Green/Pink] -find [Serius\Artos\Tethol\Gaiana\Draco\Aeson\Seryo\Heletes\Therin\Gorgias\Doro\Nicanor\Phylas\Greyn] -(kick / votekick) [red/blue/Teal/Purple/Yellow/Orange/Green/Pink] -(stab / slap / smack ) [red/blue/Teal/Purple/Yellow/Orange/Green/Pink]

Barbarians, Warlords, Assassins and Khaos Champions do not regain mana like normal heroes. Barbarians and Warlords gain mana whenever they attack an enemy unit, and the Barbarian also gains mana when he himself is attacked.

In addition to granting increased maximum mana and faster mana regeneration, Intelligence grants you 3 additional spell damage and healing per point. This bonus does not apply to Warrior classes.

To save your character, type -save at any time. You will receive a string of characters representing your level, class, hero inventory, and other stats. Consumables, quest items and crafting ingredients will not be saved unless otherwise noted. You may assume that all other items will be saved.

If you use an item that is in your backpack, the effects will be applied to your hero. For example, if you use a potion of healing, your hero will be healed the appropriate amount. You can also use your backpack to carry backup equipment such as weapons and armor

To craft an item or view the items that you know how to craft, type -craft at any time or press the Esc key. If you want to craft items, you must first acquire crafting materials (wood) by finding materials for your particular crafting professions, which are scattered around the map.

All quests have a quest level assigned to them. In most cases, if a quest is completed and a player is below the quest level, the player will receive a fraction of the gold and experience given by the quest reward. For example, if a player is level 5 and someone completes a level 20 quest, the level 5 player will receive 5/20 = 25% of the listed gold and experience from the quest reward. Also note:

To win, you must defeat Hades at the Gates of Hell at the end of the Black Road. To summon Hades, defeat the eight Titans scattered around the map. When you do, the Gates of Hell will become vulnerable. Attack the Gates of Hell until Hades arrives.

To duel another player, enter the dueling area and type -duel followed by the player's color. For example, -duel green or -duel blue.

Cleric (Light set): Your attacks heal friendly units in an area of effect around the target for an amount equal to one third of your Intelligence. Warlord (Deathbringer set): Your Critical Strike ability will now do triple damage instead of double damage.

Assassin (Night set): Increases the stun duration of your Walk the Shadows ability to 4 seconds and adds a bleed effect that will cause damage equal to five times your Agility plus 1000 over 5 seconds. Warlock (Shadows set): Gives a 15% chance when you cast a spell to increase your spell damage by 75% for 20 seconds.

Kill 30 goblins and return to Serius in Athens. The goblins have been ravaging the countryside north of Athens for days. Quest Level: 8 For completing this quest you will receive: 250 gold 500 experience

North of the goblin bands there are groups of bandits who have extraordinary shields made of unyielding metal. Retrieve 15 of these shields and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 11 For completing this quest you will receive: 200 gold 700 experience In addition, the armor of

Find Captain Sepheus and report back to Serius in Athens. He was last seen heading north to save the farmers from the ogres. Quest Level: 13 For completing this quest you will receive: 200 gold 800 experience Broadsword

Travel northeast past the goblin and ogre camps until you reach the first Titan Gate. Beyond this gate lies the avatar of Atlas, Lord of Earth. Muster a strong party to defeat him, then return to Serius when and if you succeed. Quest Level: 15 For completing this quest you will receive: 500 gold 1,000 experience

Travel further north and kill 20 black goblins, then return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 15 For completing this quest you will receive: 500 gold 800 experience

Follow the road southeast of Athens to the town of New Issus and seek out Gorgias. He and his people have great need of help in these dark times. Quest Level: 18 For completing this quest you will receive: 250 experience

Further north past the black goblin camps is a second Titan Gate, beyond which waits the Lord of Nature. Gather your strongest companions and banish him from this world. Quest Level: 20 For completing this quest you will receive: 650 gold 1,300 experience

Through the spider forest to the north you will find a second Titan Gate, and beyond it waits the avatar of Themis. Gather your companions and defeat him. Quest Level: 26 For completing this quest you will receive: 850 gold 1,700 experience

To the northwest beyond the ruined city of Corinth is the avatar of Cronus, the Lord of Death. Defeat him and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 32 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,100 gold 2,200 experience

North of the place where you battled Cronus the land has been devastated by the Avatar of Uranus, Lord of the Sky. Defeat him and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 42 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,500 gold 3,000 experience

Southwest of Athens there is a cleft in the mountains littered with bones and human remains. It is there that you will find the avatar of Rhea, the Queen of Sacrifice. Defeat her and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 53 For completing this quest you will receive: 2,000 gold 4,000 experience

Follow the road southeast of Athens to the ruined city of Eretria. The city has been overrun by the undead, so you will need to fight your way to the harbor and find a seaworthy vessel to transport you to the island east of the city, enclosed by rocky cliffs. It is here that you will find the avatar of Oceanus, the Lord of the Sea. Defeat him and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 65 For completing this quest you will receive: 3,000 gold 6,000 experience

Far to the east there is a plateau guarded by the servants of earth, nature, and water. It is here that you will find the avatar of Gaea, the Mother of the Earth. Defeat her and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 80 For completing this quest you will receive: 4,500 gold 9,000 experience

Fight your way up the Black Road and attack the Gates of Hell. Hades will surely emerge, enraged by the attack on his lair. Defeat Hades and return to Serius in Athens. Do not go until you are sure you are ready, for Hades will surely attack Athens once he enters our world. West of Athens lies the ruined city of Corinth, sacked by the Minotaur invaders. Kill 30 Minotaur Grunts and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 23 For completing this quest you will receive: 600 gold 1,200 experience

The true backbone of the Minotaur hordes are the hulking Beastmen. Kill 20 Minotaur Beastmen and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 31 For completing this quest you will receive: 400 gold 1,800 experience Runestone

North of the Minotaur strongholds is a plain inhabited by barbarians that wield weapons forged by metals that fell from the heavens, surely thrown to Earth by the gods. Hunt the barbarians and recover 20 of their iron spearheads and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 29 For completing this quest you will receive: 300 gold 1,600 experience Meteoric Iron In addition, the Athenian towers will be upgraded.

South of Athens the hills have been overrun by creatures from the mountains who prey on the flesh of men. The destruction of these beasts will surely improve the morale of the warriors of Athens. Slay the great beasts and bring 20 of their skulls to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 35 For completing this quest you will receive: 500 gold 2,000 experience In addition, the Athenian troops will be upgraded.

East of the ruined city of Eretria there is a crypt from which rise the hordes of the undead. Destroy that crypt and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 45 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,500 gold 3,000 experience

Southeast of Athens there is a small wood inhabited by bandits. Destroy the bandit camp and kill 25 Cutthroats, then return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 42 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,250 gold 2,500 experience

In the hills east of Athens there are terrible beasts that surely have been spawned from Hell itself. Cleanse the highlands of their presense; kill 25 Highland Beasts and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 47 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,650 gold 3,300 experience

Deeper in the mountains to the east you will find mighty Rock Giants. Slay them wherever you see them and bring one of their ruby hearts to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 50 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,000 gold 4,000 experience In addition, Serius will receive a mighty blade.

Seek out Seryo at Heletes' forge to the southeast and ask him about the strange note. Quest Level: 35 For completing this quest you will receive: 750 experience

Slay 30 minotaurs of any type and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 25 NOTE: This quest is repeatable but it must be completed individually. For completing this quest you will receive: 900 gold 900 experience

Slay 40 undead of any type and return to Serius in Athens. Quest Level: 40 NOTE: This quest is repeatable but it must be completed individually. For completing this quest you will receive: 1,750 gold 1,750 experience

Travel to Aris' tomb in the hills northwest of the ruined city of Eretria and investigate what has happed at Aris' tomb. Quest Level: 38 For completing this quest you will receive: 400 gold 2,100 experience

North and south of the ruined city of Corinth you will find Minotaur strongholds. Destroy every building and return to Tethol on the road west of Athens. Quest Level: 26 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,600 gold 1,600 experience

West of the ruins of Corinth lies the Minotaur Stronghold, where the greatest of the minotaur chieftains plot the destruction of Greece. Gather a party of stout warriors and journey deep into the stronghold, and slay the Hallowed One, Lightsbane, and Manslayer. Quest Level: 35 For completing this quest you will receive: 500 gold 2,800 experience Blood Ruby

Collect 4 Creep Oils, 4 Horror Oils and 4 Sludge Oils for Draco. Quest Level: 40 For completing this quest you will receive: 2000 gold 5000 experience

Hunt the Mountain Wolves in the hills near Draco and bring 10 Wolf Livers to him. This is the first step in smoking out the Cyclops that lives in the cave near Draco, who is rumored to guard artifacts of power. Quest Level: 40 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,400 gold

The final step in smoking out the cyclops is to find a vessel capable of containing the foul burning substances that you have gathered. Find and slay the giant Hillcrusher and bring his rocky stomach to Draco. Quest Level: 50 For completing this quest you will receive: 800 gold 3,500 experience Ruby Heart

Collect 4 Creep Oils, 4 Horror Oils and 4 Sludge Oils for Aeson. Quest Level: 40 For completing this quest you will receive: 2000 gold 5000 experience

Escort Greyn back to Estallah. If he is killed you will fail the quest. Quest Level: 37 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,350 gold 2,700 experience

Ask Serius about the strange note signed by Darnek the Wanderer. For completing this quest you will receive: 500 experience

Collect 20 Demonic Residue and return to Seryo at Heletes' forge for his analysis. The demonic residue is often found on the Undead who have invaded the south. Quest Level: 40 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,500 gold 3,000 experience

Find and kill Darnek the Wanderer. Quest Level: 55 For completing this quest you will receive: 1,000 gold 4,500 experience One of the following: Champion's Blade, Staff of Spell Power, Orb of the Mind

Bring the Unfinished Gemstone Key along with 1 Sea Essence from the islands to the southwest, 1 Heart of Frost from the frozen shores of the river to the northwest, 1 Transport Stone from the islands southeast in the Aegean, 1 Meteoric Iron from the Tuskarr to the northwest, and the Burning Heart of Ladon from the great dragon Ladon who roams the lands near Delphi to the southwest. South of Athens the countryside has been overrun by demonic raiders. Kill 20 demons of any type and report back to Therin at the camp south of Athens. Quest Level: 1 NOTE: This quest is repeatable but it must be completed individually. For completing this quest you will receive: 200 gold 200 experience

Somewhere south of Athens there is a dark portal that Hades uses to transport his warriors deep into Greece without resistance. Find this portal and destroy it. Quest Level: 3 For completing this quest you will receive: 150 gold 350 experience

Evil is stirring in the north. Travel to Athens and ask Serius if you may be of any assistance to him. Quest Level: 5 For completing this quest you will receive: 50 experience

In the shallows north and east of Issus, the servants of the Myrs prepare their attack. Drive them from these shores--destroy all of their huts, and return to Gorgias in the village of Issus. Quest Level: 19 For completing this quest you will receive: 500 gold 1,350 experience
