Villages Beta

Overview

Villages is a five-player Warcraft III map with a 160 by 160 playing area, set in forests where each village competes for the local resources. Players can gather gold by hunting animals or by raising them, and the loading screen advises that hunting is the stronger choice in the early game. The author describes this as an early version, with three playable races so far: Humans, Fel Orcs, and Sentinels. The stated population cap is 50 units. The map lists no heroes, items, chat commands, or quest log entries, so play centers on economy and combat, with the goal of defeating rival villages.
