-Enable *Enables the tavern for custom heroes ( only can be done in the first 90sec )
**All Players**
-Gold 0000 *Send gold to an ally
-war color *Declare war with someone
-ally color *Ally with shared vision with someone
-cam 0000 *Set camera view (min 1500 max 3500)

Changes in this version
*A camera change command has been added, type -cam (4 digit number) to change view. for example -cam 2400
*A new, more advanced shop is added to every race.
*The old custom shops have been removed
*Naga race is added back as you can see
*Custom heroes are added back with an option to disable
