How to Play
Creating a New Species Press the New Species button on your toolkit to begin making your creature. Once you have successfully created a species, you can spawn it onto the map by pressing Create for Player. You may then want to create a species for a computer player for your creatures to compete against. Controlling your Species Your creatures are independent and can survive without any help; they will hunt, mate and nest on their own. You can influence your creatures however by using pheromones, or by manually controlling them. Manual control can useful for selectively breeding creatures with useful traits. You can exit manual control at any time by pressing ESC. Saving your Species So you've made a species that can breathe fire and go invisible? Save it! The Save Creature ability in the toolkit can be used to generate a save code. You can then re-use your species by pressing the Load Creature button and entering your code. Remember to select 'to observers' in the chat menu if playing online however, a code that works for you will also be useable by all other players!
