Overview
Tafel TD 1.43 is a tower defense map for up to five players split into two teams, played on a 128 by 128 grid. The loading screen describes 40 levels, with bosses arriving at levels 20 and 40, and a boss that leaks costs three lives. The map has no heroes or items. Players can type -air, -invis and -immune to change how enemies behave: air monsters can only be hit by certain towers, immune monsters resist ice and frost slows, and invisible monsters need Sentry or Watch towers to be revealed. Two modes appear in the quest log. Wave mode starts a countdown after the last monster dies and grants a random gold bonus each round, while Race mode has no breaks between rounds and pays gold based on the current level.
